Yet again we have beauty from tragedy. We don’t have the wonderful same cuvées that the 2020 vintage brought us - sadly Romuald lost a heck of a lot of fruit & had to blend a lot of the grapes to produce what we have here. This is a blend of his Beaujolais Villages plot & little Chardonnay that he had left.
This has to be one of our favourite wines from Romuald - all from vines over 100 years old and very high elevation. Super fresh, intriguing & perfumed. This won’t hang about and we hope he never has to make it again. Enjoy it while you can.
