You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event of receiving the wrong item - we will also refund the delivery charge.
For damaged items, please check your delivery before signing for it. If anything is damaged please ask the driver to note damages on their sheet and your delivery note and sign both themselves before you sign for the delivery. We will replace or refund any breakages acknowledged this way by the driver on delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any breakages that have been signed for as complete.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item at our end.
