Huge news! We are over the moon to announce Ling-Ling’s as our resident chef in July!*
Quite frankly, some of the best Chinese/Vietnamese dishes to come out of London right now and hot off a long residency at The Gun (Ling-Ling’s earning Timeouts best roast btw) we are humbled to get this chance to share Dina with Jenny.
Expect all the spice and aromatics from some of Jenny’s classics such a Poached King Prawns, Chicken & Water Chestnut Wontons, Gochujang Cauliflower, Black Bean Chilli Oil, Crispy Onion & Matcha Tiramisu.
The menu will be A La Carte with changes throughout the month, Veggi/Vegan options will be available. As always, book in for a snack or go big, everyone is welcome. We will have very limited space for walk-ins every day so book at dinawines.com to avoid disappointment.
A booking fee of £10 per person is taken at time of booking and taken off your final bill. Please read terms on our website. Due to the size of Dina this is not ideal for large groups but please email hello@dinawines.com for any questions/queries.
No shows/Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will not receive their deposit back... we are a vary small business - no shows/late cancellations make our pop-ups very diffilicult.
*Ling-Ling’s will be cooking Thursday to Saturday only throughout July. Wednesdays will be open as usual with Yard Sale Pizza.
