This screams sunshine & has turned into a fantastic wine that is incredibly light on its feet, with gentle notes of dark fruit, sea salt and brine. It has a little floral background and charming mouthfeel.
Mostly Pignatello, with a touch of Nero d’Avola from vines planted over sandy soils not so far from the Mediterranean. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for three months, before a year of ageing in vat.
