The easiest of rosé, classic Provençal, light on its feet, buttery, what else?
Grapes are picked in the early morning to retain freshness and aromatics before pressing directly. Fermentation begins slowly with the juice still at a cool 16 degrees before the wines rest for 20 days. Racked into concrete for ageing, blended together and bottled in early December 2020.
