The Klevener de Heiligenstein is the only French AOC that is composed just of the varietal Savagnin Rose, a very rare variety. The Goepp brothers' unique expression is a maceration for seven days, followed by ageing on total lees for 7 months. Rounded and long it has plenty of exotic spice and a lovely texture. Unique and delicious.
