Lovely aromatics from the Riesling coupled with a savoury leanness from the Sylvaner. Very approachable with a healthy dose of grace.
Léo has been slowing taking charge of his family’s estate since 2017 and has been converting the vines at first to organics and now to biodynamics. The wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfined, unfiltered and see no sulphur at any stage.
