Minerlal driven Pinot as the name suggests… full of red berries!
Pinot Noir from a steep slope with lower yields. De-stemmed to avoid vegetal characteristics whilst being able to pick fresh. Maceration of 4 weeks until fermentation has finished. Then aged in a stainless steel tank until bottling. No filtration.
