PINOT NOIR NATURE 2020

Beautifully delicate in profile which we expect from the PN, red currants jump out with vibrancy and a little smokey, earthy finish.

From plots lower down the hill, de-stemmed to avoid vegetal characteristics whilst being able to pick fresh. Maceration of 4 weeks until fermentation has finished. Then ageing in a stainless steel tank until bottling. No filtration.
