A young, exuberant wine, the fruit was directly pressed and raised in fibreglass tank to preserve the ample tropical character of the fruit. The end result is a wine well executed, with freshness and generosity in equal measure, full of charm.
The first ever vintage from a young parcel of vines planted by Julie & Toby. The vines are situated on a windy plot with well-draining gravel and sandy soils that are attended by the couple’s newly acquired Breton pigmy sheep.
