A wine we are always looking forward to receiving- a zippy wine that is all citrus and green apple, and one which always seems to derive such fantastic tension from the limestone.
A 50/50 blend of Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay from old vines planted on limestone. The grapes were directly pressed, fermented, and aged in stainless steel tank for 9 months.
