Elisa is quietly making some of the most beautiful gamay in the Beaujolais that we have came across in many moons. Think Gang of Four muscle Bojo.
This Moulin a Vent is dreamy. We have a Foillard type touch here, great depth and almost Burgundian characteristics - beautiful aromatics with underlying savoury tones of mushroom and liquorice.
We will be keeping an eye on Elisa and drinking this amazing value Moulin whenever we get chance.
