Gamay d'Auvergne from legend! 80 year old vines planted on basalt on the slopes above Saint-Georges-sur-Allier. This is macerated slightly longer than previous vintages, and then aged in a mix of amphorae and old barrels. Round, plummy fruit give way to brambly, salty brightness.
