This year's Lo Ravi is a bright dark fruited blend of Syrah & Chatus, a variety native to the region that according to Laurent bears some relation to Mondeuse. A very rare varietal it brings a tension and focus to the wine that adds to the remarkable value of this cuvee!
We're baking with cherries & a good whack of hibiscus tea! Really good value.
