No need for introduction here but Les Chonchons is Pinot Noir as part of the negociant side of Ganevat. Old vines & coming from the famous cru area of Jura, this is light, fruity & has a huge whack of refreshing acidity! One to hold on to for a few years, if you can resist temptation.
