Super alternative to your Beaujolais… a gamay of delightful fruits that are candied yet refined - a great length of finesse not too far from the likes of Jean Foillard.
100% Gamay from 50 year old vines on the Clos Roche Blanche vineyard. Laurent gives the grapes about two weeks semi-carbonic maceration, whole bunch then it's aged in large wood cuves (40hl) and some barrels (5hl).
