An experimental cuvée which changes year on year that Cyril describes as like his ‘Brutal’ cuvée. In 2020 he harvested a part of the ‘Bois du Gland’ vineyard, a mix of Cabernets Franc and Sauvignon, and mixed it with the spent marc of his Chenin Blanc maceration. This was then pressed and aged in barrel for a year.
A wild and characterful wine that has notes of black fruits, spice and a driving acidity.
