This has to be one of the most delicious wines out there!
Lively mineral strawberries, bright but easy drinking - great acidity that pairs well with lighter foods too.
Cinsault from the 3rd pass through the parcel was picked and then infused with a small amount of white grapes for a 10 day whole-bunch maceration with élevage in stainless steel. Possibly our favourite wine of the release with just 10% alcohol, it's best drunk chilled like a fresh and savoury rosé.
