From just 0.3 hectares comes this wonderful Gamay. François gives the grapes a twenty day whole bunch maceration - the grapes are not touched, just allowed to start fermenting. They then press the grapes as slowly as possible to extract finer, elegant tannins.
The 2020 Gamay is full of wild strawberries and raspberries, a little bright but very lush and a herbaceous finish.
