A ripe, aromatic wine from Stéphane Planche and Charles Dagand, the 2021 Greska is made from a blend of 85% Grenache Blanc from Davide Caër in Hérault and 15% Muscat d’Alexandrie from Vincent Lafage in Roussillon. The two cépages are vinified separately, with each fibreglass tank macerating in trempette-style, with half the grapes directly pressed and the other half left to macerate for 10 days as whole bunches in the juice.
