Bright and lifted pet nat, there is concentration on the palate, with a nose reminiscent of Alsatian orchards and a touch of creamy texture.
Made from an equal part blend of Pinot Gris and Auxerrois, plus a small addition of just 5% of Muscat. Directly pressed and fermented briefly in stainless steel, this was bottled in true pet’ nat’ style, and then aged on its lees for 6 months before being disgorged.
