Two thirds Sylvaner and one third Auxerrois coming from a single parcel of rich clay and limestone based in Bernardswiller. Part of the Auxerrois was macerated in whole bunches for 3 days while the rest directly-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for a 9-month élevage.
