Whooopala. Big blend and a lot going on - we just love how you get a taste of every grape coming through. A thoroughly enjoyable wine that should be an oddball… honey and citrus palate with medium body… dry and easy going but on the edge of complex.
Hand harvested, pressed directly. 4 months fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Temperatures are kept at 14-16°C during fermentation. Matured in tanks on fine lees for a bottled without filtration.
Alcohol: 13%
