Fabio is doing some unique work in Piemonte, very different to the big wines we are used to.
Fabio has 1 small hectare of vines, only making a couple of wines in small quantity.
First & foremost Fabio is a designer. His wines ferment & age in porcelain eggs designed by himself. Back Grin is a wonderful take on Pignolet0. Its lighter than the usual Piemonte wines but packed full of silky fruits - Spiced & packed with sweet sweet fruit - really special bottle.
