Joe now opts for shorter macerations which leaves for wines of freshness, less glou glou & room to express the volcanic basalt terroir. This is 80% Carignan, 20% Grenache Gris & Noir and has huge concentrated fruits, dialled back tannins & distinct freshness - there is a little salt & mineral touch from the terroir - very exciting wines & top bloke!
