Superb pet-nat from Landron. Refreshing bubbles, high in citrus fruits this is extremely versatile and crowd pleasing - anytime of the year please!
Hand-harvested, direct press. Pinot Noir picked a lot later this year at full maturity, hence pink hue. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 20°C. Tank chilled mid-ferment to stall fermentation for 1 week. Fermentation continues once in bottle. Not disgorged. Finishes with 5g/l residual sugar.
