ET is made up of Merlot, Trepat, Bobal, Ull de Llebre, Macabeu, and Parellada.
A negociant blend of indigenous varieties sourced from Emilie’s close friends and neighbours around her village of Bonastre in Penedès. Red & White grapes make for a beautifully arromatic wine, low in alcohol, utmost freshness. This has a touch of structure & fine grain like tannins… we love the touch of green fruit. It’s really something special to share! It will take a slight chill.
