A blend of 90% Grolleau with 10% Cabernet Franc, this rosé pétillant made from two younger parcels saw a very short maceration before finishing fermentation in bottle. A perfect aperitif wine with lush red fruits followed refreshing acidity and a cheerful, spritzy bubble.
