Raspberry & Blackberry with this cab franc/grolleau blend. An everyday drinker... a little bright, herbaceous, slightly perfumed finish and truly delicious chilled.
From a single parcel planted on calcareous soils with vines aged up to 90 years old. The Grolleau was de-stemmed and macerated for 5 days while the Cabernet Franc was macerated separately in whole bunches for 10 days, after which the grapes were both pressed and juices combined for élevage in cuve.
