Great tension here - the nose is delicate but FULL of fruit - dare we say Pinot esque... dont hate... this is full of life & soul!
A blend of Carignan, Grenache Noir, Carignan, plus a bit of Chardonnay and Clariette this year. The low yielding, very old vines grow on granitic quartz soils giving the wine a pronounced minerality and incredible depth of flavour. The new addition of white grapes allows for a juicy profile with a lighter shade of red than previous vintages, it's a thoughtful, delicious expression of 2021 as a vintage.
