A blend of Syrah and Carignan from 2019 and Syrah from 2020.
Deep red, almost blue in the glass, on opening, there is a distinct pressence of CO2 which disapears after time or if you was to give the wine a good shake... we kind of like it!
The fruits are extremely fresh and vivid. A sweet and sour vibe of black cherry, pepper and spice. Lovely gripping tannins and acidity to match! Go for it!
